Equipment hire

Hiring equipment either in the village or at the new shops by the pistes is easy. There are numerous shops with all types of skis and snowboards - whether you're a novice or a powder-hunter. Just visit the shops when you arrive or pre-book your equipment in advance:

Alpine Skiing Lift passes

The 6-day GRAND SERRE CHE lift pass covers all 250km of pistes and gives you one free day's skiing in a neighbouring resort including Les Deux Alpes, Alpes d'Huez, The Milky Way (Sestriere, Claviere, Montgenèvre) and Puy St. Vincent plus free access to night skiing and a one day pass to discover the Nordic skiing area.

Passes are "hands free" making it very simple to whizz through every one of the 76 lifts! You can pre-order passes online here or simply purchase them at the ticket office at the bottom of the pistes in Monêtier.
